ABOUT | CPS SEEDLINGS
What started as a one-man operation in Cato Ridge with only a bakkie and a table of seedlings, CPS Seedlings now holds the proud title of one of the largest commercial nurseries in the country.
Boasting 4 generations of family work, Julian and Adrian have taken their father’s vision and deeply rooted themselves in Greytown and Pongola. Partnered with Mark Scott, the trio head the organization leading CPS to new heights.
Our trusty drivers cover around 1 000 000 km a year distributing our products to commercial farmers countrywide. To date, we have produced and delivered over 1.8 billion plants, and we keep the wheel turning.
Kat, wife of the late Mark Chaning-Pearce whom started the operation in 1985, uses the below quote to encapsulate the business growth over the last 40 years.
“From little acorns, mighty oaks grow”
